The Titan Investments Agency is a group of like-minded investors looking to invest in residential and commercial properties around Florida and surrounding markets using a combination of private equity and commercial debt. We look at value-add properties in order to maximize returns for our investors. We have a diverse portfolio, ranging from selling portfolios at market value to buying value-add properties at 50% market value.
